<br /> <br /> 2024 Form EX A – SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br /> <br />Contractor shall: <br /> <br /> Demo and dispose of existing swing door panels and sidelites & existing automatic operator <br />equipment (transom to remain) <br /> Furnish and surface install on interior header below transom one (1) Stanley DuraGlide 3000 Series <br />4-panel bi-part sliding door package, painted finish (color tbd - paint sample match or color code to <br />be provided by City), 121"W x 92.5"H overall frame size, full breakaway "SO-SX-SX-SO"configuration <br />with: <br />o Motion activation and safety sensor system per code <br />o 2" narrow stiles, 4" intermediate rails, 10" bottom rails, 1" clear tempered insulated glass <br />o 6-position keyed rotary door control switch <br />o Double bevel continuous threshold <br />o Access control with recessed panic hardware and fail secure solenoid lock <br />o Add Cylinder locking in door panel (special factory request) <br />o Standard 4 1/2" jamb depth <br />o Alarm contacts <br />o Door position switch <br />o Keyed power switch <br />o Battery backup in header <br />o Wind dampers <br /> <br /> <br />Installation shall include perimeter caulking, exterior jamb mounted momentary key-switch, and interface <br />with card readers. Card readers and low-voltage wiring shall provided by City.
