Peninsula Park, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Grantor") <br />hereby grants to the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Grantee," its successors and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual <br />nonexclusive easement for the benefit of Grantee for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular <br />ingress and egress to, from, on, over, and across that certain real property situated in the <br />City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described and depicted <br />in Exhibits "A," "B", "C" and "0" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br />(collectively, the "Easement Areas"), and hereby grants to Grantee an irrevocable, <br />perpetual nonexclusive easement for the purpose of installing and m~intairiirig <br />underground public utilities under and across the Easement Areas. <br /> <br />Grantor further grants to Grantee the right to use" the Easement Areas for such <br />installation, maintenance, repair, operation, alteration, replacement, and removal as may <br />be reasonably necessary, including without limitation the installation and maintenance of <br />a roadway, pedestrian sidewalk, bicycle path, pedestrian and street lighting, landscaping, <br />directional and traffic signage, storm water pump station, landscaping and irrigation and <br />appurtenances thereto. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GRANTOR has executed this document this 12TH day <br />of UC!C1Rf!G ,2009. <br /> <br /> <br />y: <br /> <br />Name: A. ul u).
