That the sale of the property hereinafter more <br />particularly described is hereby authorized tan the sum of <br />$1500.00 to Bernard H. Cooper. <br />2. That the Mayor and Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed without <br /> <br />warranty to Bernard H.
