That that certain easement hereinafter described has never been used and is no longer required for the purposes for which it was dedicated to the City of Redwood City; therefore, said easement is hereby abandoned by the City of Redwood City. Said easement is particularly described as follows: Parcel 1 Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 5 a s shown on the Map ent i tIe d II Atherwood, Redwood Ci ty, California, It which Map was filed June 14, 1950 in the Office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, California in Volume 31 of Maps at page 39; thence from said point of beginning along the Northeasterly line of Atherwood Avenue North 480 42' West 5.29 feet; thence parallel with the Northwesterly side of said Lot 1 in Block ~ and distant 5 feet Northwesterly at right angles there- from North 220 22' East 68.48 feet; thence North 300 221 35" East 25.70 feet to a line parallel with and distant 10 feet Southwesterly at right angles from the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1, Block 5; thence along the last mentioned parallel line South 480 421 East 6.79 feet; thence parallel with the Northwesterly side of said Lot 1 in Block 5 and distant 5 feet South- easterly at right angles therefrom South 220 22' West 95.16 feet to the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1 in Block 5; thence along said Southwesterly line ot Lot 1 North 480 42' West 5.29 feet to the point of beginning.
