<br />objections made and received, does determine that due and legal <br />notice of said hearing was given as required by the ordinances of <br />the City of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavit of L. M. <br />DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of Redwood City, and said Counoil does hereby declare, that the <br />buildings or structures situated upon the real. property hereinabove <br />desoribed are a public nuise.nce, and does hereby dire.ctthe O~1ners <br />thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty days from the adoption <br />of this resolution, by having said buildings razed or removed, <br /> <br />and if said buildings are not so abated by said owners, the Build- <br />ing Inspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />directed to raze and remove said buildings; <br /> <br />and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on th'e lot or parcel <br /> <br /> <br />of land from which said buildings or structures~e removed, <br /> <br />and which is hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />'* <br /> <br />* <br />
