<br />A PORTION OF FAIRVIE\/f AVENUE
<br />IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY

<br />Resolved by the Council of Redwood City:
<br />
<br />That it hereby declares its intention to vacate and aban-
<br />
<br />
<br />don as a public street a portion of Fairvlew Avenue in the City
<br />
<br />of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made to a map on file
<br />
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City for fur-
<br />
<br />ther particulars as to said proposed street vacation.
<br />
<br />The portion of Fairview Avenue to be vacated is particu-
<br />larly described as follows:

<br />Further resolved that, July 7, 1952, at 8:00 P.M., at the
<br />City Hall in Redwood City, is hereby fixed as the time and place
<br />when and where all persons interested in or objecting to the
<br />proposed vacation of said street will be heard.
<br />Further resolved that this resolution shall be published
<br />once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily except Sunday news-
<br />paper printed and circulated in the City of Redwood City.
<br />Further resolved that notices of the passage of this
<br />resolution shall be posted by the Superintendent of streets of
<br />
