<br />I "29.2 <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N NO. 1293 <br /> <br />ABANDONING PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT <br />REDWOOD INDUSTRIAL TRACT NO. 1 <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, as followS: <br /> <br />1. That a portion of that.. C,ertain public utilities <br /> <br />easement between Bay Road and Broadway, in Block numbered <br /> <br />3, Red"tiood Industrial Tract No.2, more specifically herein- <br /> <br />after described, is no longer required for any public use. <br /> <br />Said easement is specifically described as follows: <br /> <br />Being a strip of land six feet (6') in <br />width, contiguous to the Southeasterly <br />line of Lot 4, Block 3, Redwood Industrial <br />Tract No.1, filed for record August 15, <br />1947, in Volume 27 of Maps at Pages 39 <br />and 40, San Mateo County Records, extend- <br />ing from the most Southerly corner of said <br />lot, Northeasterly along said line to a <br />point, which point is distant thereon, <br />25 feet Southwesterly from the most <br />Easterly corner of said Lot 4, and being <br />a portion of said Lot 4. <br /> <br />2. Said Council hereby declares that all of the <br /> <br />public right; in and to the easement described in Section 1 <br /> <br />hereof, is hereby abandoned, and the Clerk of Redwood City <br /> <br />is directed to record a certified copy of this ~esolutlon <br /> <br />in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, California. <br /> <br />1fo 'iE- iEo <br /> <br />
