(Page 12 of 12) <br />to which the public or contractors have access; or any other public or contractor facilities <br />associated with the Production. <br />• A professional grade audio system including all necessary equipment, installation of <br />such equipment and trained audio engineers for operation based on audio and <br />communications requirements provided by Consultant. <br />• All marine services, vessels, equipment, and transportation for load-in, display, strike, <br />as well as perimeter patrol, including but not limited to tugs and barges with tie-downs <br />and anchors which shall be clean and free of debris for PYRO crew workplace, anchor <br />and safety buoy securement and placement, as well as berthing and mating crews. <br />• General services including, but not limited to, site and audience security, fencing, <br />adequate work light, dumpster accessibility, a secure office for Consultant personnel <br />within the venue, secure parking for Consultant vehicles, access to washrooms, tents, <br />equipment storage, hazmat storage, electrical power, fire suppression equipment, access <br />to worksites, necessary credentialing, etc., will be required as necessary. <br />Payment Terms: <br />Notwithstanding Section 22, Termination, Consultant will be paid an initial payment of <br />Fifty-One Thousand Dollars ($51,000) upon execution of the Agreement; and a final <br />payment of Fifty-One Thousand Dollars ($51,000) upon completion of the Services, <br />pursuant to invoices consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />ATTY/AGR./Pyro Spectaculars (Page 12 of 12)
