Pre-Submittal process for streamline approval process is comprised of three parts:
Pre-application
Notice of Intent
Tribal notification
Public meeting
Ministerial approval means a process for development approval involving little or no subjective judgement by the approval authority. A public agency may ensure the proposed development meets all of the required objective zoning standards, objective subdivision standards, and objective design review standards in effect at the time that the application is submitted, but uses no special discretion or special judgement in reaching a decision.
