Next steps for the project include:
Receiving the applicants presentation next after concluding staff’s presentation
Receiving public comment during the public comment period and via emails from the public. The City Council may also provide their comments on the project tonight as part of the public meeting.
Concluding a tribal consultation process. SB 423 outlines a process for tribal consultation and the City is taking steps to comply and conclude that process
After all of the pre-submittal requirements have bene completed the applicant may submit a formal application for streamlined ministerial review

Unless there are questions for staff regarding the process for tonight's meeting, the applicant is here to present the project in greater detail prior to receiving public comment,
