6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> 6.A. Amendments to Agreements for Services with True North <br />Compliance Services. Inc. (True North), West Coast Code <br />Consultants, Inc. (WC3), and TRB and Associates, Inc. (TRB) to provide <br />additional capacity to maintain customer service levels during high- <br />volume periods and to provide specialized expertise <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following <br />contract amendments for on-call professional services for the Community <br />Development & Transportation Department – Building Division: <br />1. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with True North Compliance <br />Services, Inc. to increase compensation by $1,000,000 over a 2-year period for a <br />total contract amount of $2,000,000; <br />2. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, <br />Inc. to increase compensation by $1,738,560 over a 2-year period for a total <br />contract amount of $4,038,560; and <br />3. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with TRB and Associates, Inc. to <br />increase compensation by $200,000 over a 2-year period for a total contract <br />amount of $400,000.
