CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.F. Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & <br />Associates (HDL) to provide technical support to assist <br /> the City in administering its cannabis-related programs, <br />with services funded by the annual permit fee paid by <br />cannabis retailers <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a <br />one-year Agreement for Services with Hinderliter, de Llamas & <br />Associates, to provide subject matter expertise and technical <br />support on cannabis management services, for initial one-year <br />term beginning July 2024, through July 2025 for a not-to -exceed <br />amount of $119,400, and authorize the City Manager to extend <br />the agreement for two additional one-year terms in an amount <br />not to exceed $125,400 for the first extension and $131,700 for <br />the second extension, through July 20, 2027, for a total contract <br />amount not to exceed $376,500.
