There are sufficient funds available to <br />award the contract. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />On July 28, 2003, the City Council adopted Resolution No 14544, which ratified and confirmed the <br />Redwood City Recycled Water Project Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) and the Mitigation <br />Monitoring and Reporting Program. A Notice of Determination for the Redwood City Recycled Water <br />Project MND was filed on August 18, 2003.
