Wireless Communication Site License Agreement with T -Mobile West LLC to continue <br />license of a portion of the Radio Road Tower for wireless communication infrastructure <br /> (304) <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Wireless <br />Communication Site License Agreement with T-Mobile West LLC to continue license of a <br />portion of the Radio Road Tower located at 1000 Radio Road for an initial term of five <br />years at $15,000 annually, with a 4% annual cost escalator, with revenue of $81,244 for <br />the initial term, and three automatic renewals of five years each for a total term of 20 <br />years, commencing on June 25, 2024 and expiring on June 24, 2044, with total revenue <br />of $446,671. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1.
