Approve a resolution adopting a temporary 50% reduction in Parks Impact Fees for <br />pipeline multi-family housing development projects (Attachment A), or <br />2. Approve a resolution adopting a temporary 25% reduction in Parks Impact Fees for <br />pipeline multi-family housing development projects (Attachment B). <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />The City Council finds that this Resolution is not subject to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (“CEQA”). This action is not a project within the meaning of the CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15378 and 15061(b)(3) as it has no potential for physical effects on <br />the environment because it adopts lower Parks Fees for certain development but does <br />6.H. - Page 10 of 12 <br />94
