REV: 04-24-24 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant will support Redwood City Together fundraising, grant making, proposal <br />development and process management to secure at least One Hundred Thirty <br />Thousand Dollars ($130,000) for the PACE Initiative. <br />Consultant will perform the following tasks: <br />Seek immediate funding opportunities to stabilize PACE <br />o Identify grant applications that would offer funding in the next 6 months <br />that are worth applying for with the goal of securing at least $130,000 for <br />PACE operations. <br />Conduct key informant interviews <br />o Interview leadership from various stakeholders in the community to learn <br />about their current successes, goals, departmental agenda, budget, <br />perception of gaps, and existing/desired partnerships. <br />o Develop a narrative and visual representation of common themes <br />pertaining to assets, gaps, goals and opportunities to invest in, and <br />collaborate with the PACE Initiative. This product should be shared <br />subsequently with key leaders and members of the BOS to ignite actions <br />around funding contracts with PACE. <br />Fee: <br />Consultant will be paid $175/hour.
