REV: 10-28-24 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will: <br />Activity 1: Prepare for Employee Engagement <br />Meet with City Manager and team, solicit survey feedback and review results <br />Attend Employee Town Hall to receive the survey results and learn about the City’s <br />efforts to leverage strengths and address shortcomings <br />Have individual meetings with each department head (up to two days on-site) <br />Prepare and provide a summary of engagement activities by department <br />Activity 2: Facilitate Employee Engagement Activities <br />Have meetings with each department head (up to 12 meetings) <br />Schedule and facilitate up to thirty (30) department-level engagement activities <br />(focus groups), 90 minutes each <br />Prepare and provide a summary of focus group sessions <br />Activity 3: Support Implementation <br />Schedule meetings with each department head to review focus group summary <br />(up to 12 meetings) <br />Provide ongoing support and coaching to department managers - up to 24 hours <br />of additional support (virtual) <br />Fees: <br />Activity 1, Prepare for Employee Engagement: $10,662 <br />Activity 2, Facilitate Employee Engagement Activities: $46,566 <br />Activity 3, Support Implementation: $8,672 <br />Total: $65,900 <br /> <br />Consultant will bill the City monthly for percentage of each activity completed, pursuant <br />to an invoice consistent with Section 6. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
