4 <br />yards, complete all the homework, and/or score a greater than 80% on the final written test that is <br />given as part of the curriculum. <br /> <br />By administering the incentives in a manner such as the one described above, BAWSCA’s goal is to <br />incentivize both the teachers and the students to engage in the educational aspects of the Program, and to <br />increase the kit installation rates, without encouraging participants to artificially inflate the actual kit <br />installation rates (such as might happen if the incentive was offered solely based on a report of kit- <br />installation rate). <br /> <br />Participating member agencies are to provide a maximum funding amount and the number of classroom <br />and per-participant incentives that they are willing to sponsor (see attached worksheet to assist with <br />development of a maximum not to exceed budget). BAWSCA will bill participating member agencies for <br />the actual number and type of incentives that are distributed at schools within the agency service area up <br />to the funding limit specified.
