(WC3), and TRB and Associates, Inc. <br />(TRB) to provide additional capacity to maintain customer service levels during high- <br />volume periods and to provide specialized expertise <br />(304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the following contract <br />amendments for on-call professional services for the Community Development & <br />Transportation Department – Building Division: <br />1. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with True North Compliance Services, <br />Inc. to increase compensation by $1,000,000 over a 2-year period for a total contract <br />amount of $2,000,000; <br />2. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with West Coast Code Consultants, Inc. <br />to increase compensation by $1,738,560 over a 2-year period for a total contract amount <br />of $4,038,560; and <br />3. Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with TRB and Associates, Inc. to increase <br />compensation by $200,000 over a 2-year period for a total contract amount of $400,000. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B. Award of Contract to Cratus, Inc. for Redwood City Recycled Water Project Main City <br />Distribution System - Phase 2.C.1, with funding from the Water Capital Projects Fund, <br />to expand the recycled water system and enhance the resiliency of the City’s water <br />supply (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the standard form <br />construction contract documents and award a contract for the Redwood City Recycled <br />Water Project Main City Distribution System - Phase 2.C.1 to Cratus, Inc. of San Francisco, <br />CA in the amount of $1,673,600; and authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to <br />increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 20 percent of the original contract <br />amount, for a total amount not to exceed $2,008,320. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />
