The existing building is currently one- <br />story (about 15 feet high) and the proposal will add a story; doubling the height of the <br />building. The second story addition will be set back six feet from the front elevation <br />according to the drawings dated 10.27.2021. It will also be set back six feet from the <br />Harrison Avenue elevation. There is no set back of the second story addition at the rear <br />and side elevation. <br /> <br /> Figure 3.
