M. <br />DUNCAN on file in the office of the City Clerkj and does find that <br />said building is a rire menace; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of R~dwood City, and said Council does hereby declare, that the <br />buildings or structures situated upon the real property hereinabove <br />described are a public nuisance, and does hereby direct the owners <br />thereof to abate said nuisance within thirty days from the adoption <br />of this resolution, by having said building razed or removed, <br /> <br />and if said buildings are not so abated by said owners, the Build- <br />.1ngInspector of the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and <br />directed to raze and remove said building <br /> <br />and that the expenses thereof be made a lien on the lot or parcel <br /> <br />of land from which said building or structure is razed or removed <br /> <br />and which is hereinabove described. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
