Remove all visible mud or dirt track-out onto adjacent public roads using wet power vacuum street sweepers at least once per day. Dry power sweeping is prohibited. <br />d. Limit speeds of all vehicle on unpaved roads to 15 mph. <br />e. Pave all roadways, driveways, and sidewalks as soon as possible. Building pads shall be laid as soon as possible after grading unless seeding or soil binders are used. <br />f. Minimize idling times either by shutting equipment off when not in use or reducing the maximum idling time to 5 minutes (as required by the California airborne toxics control measure Title 13, Section 2485 of California Code of Regulations [CCR]). Provide clear signage for construction workers at all access points. <br />g. Maintain and properly tune all construction equipment in accordance with manufacturer‘s specifications. All equipment shall be checked by a certified visible emissions evaluator. <br />h. Post a publicly visible sign with the telephone number and person to contact at the lead agency regarding dust complaints. This person shall respond and take corrective action within 48 hours. The Air District‘s phone number shall also be visible to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. <br />75. Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program Best Management Practices (BMPs) – BMPs for construction shall be implemented to protect water quality, in accordance with the approved Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Permanent Stormwater Treatment Measures – Applicant shall coordinate installation of permanent stormwater treatment measures with the municipality and shall arrange to have the City’s inspector present at the time of installation. Stormwater Treatment Measures – Stormwater treatment measures to be shown on final improvement or grading plans shall not differ materially from the LID treatment measures presented on the project’s Downtown Planned Community permit, approved on _____________ , without written approval from the Engineering Department. [COA][ENGINEERING]. <br />78. No Dumping Flows to the Bay – On-site storm drain inlets shall be clearly marked with the words “No Dumping! NOI – The applicant shall file a Notice of Intent (NOI) with the State Water Resources Control Board under the Construction Activities Storm Water General Permit (General Permit).
