The Planning Commission finds that the proposed Project is exempt from <br />the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act under Section 15308 Class 8 <br />(Actions by Regulatory Agencies for Protection of the Environment) and Section 15331 Class <br />31 (Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation). <br /> Section 3. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />designate the residence and property located at 149 Clinton Street, Redwood City, California, <br />a Historic Landmark. <br /> <br />Section 4.
