In addition, the development standards <br />in the R-1 zoning district allow for two-story structures up to 28 feet in height. The <br />proposed house would have a maximum height of 20 feet where 28 feet is allowed <br />under the designated R-1 zoning district. Further, there are a varied mix of <br />architectural styles in the surrounding neighborhood. The neighborhood is not <br />characterized by one architectural style. The project is a craftsman architectural <br />style. <br /> <br />5. The Planning Commission hereby denies the appeal by the Appellant, and, <br />therefore, the decision of the Zoning Administrator approving the Architectural Permit No. <br />AP2020-023 is upheld. <br /> <br />6. In denying the appeal and upholding the Zoning Administrator’s decision, <br />the Planning Commission adopts the findings set forth herein, and adopts the conditions <br />of approval attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />7.
