Stormwater Runoff - Post-construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre- <br />construction runoff levels. The applicant’s design professional shall evaluate the project’s impact <br />to the City’s storm drainage system and shall substantiate their conclusions with drainage <br />calculations to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The project shall be designed so that each block <br />is in conformance with the Drainage Guidelines for Commercial Development by providing the <br />required detention for that block within the private property. Exterior Lighting – Provide a lighting plan for proposed exterior lighting, including cut sheets, a <br />photometric site plan demonstrating light levels and a diagram showing light spillover. Vehicular Parking – A reduced ratio of 2.0/1,000 spaces for the office uses and 4.0/1,000 spaces for <br />the retail uses are permitted through approval of the Planned Development Permit. Bicycle Parking – Provide for bicycle storage spaces and demonstrate this on the building permit <br />plans as required below.
