ARTICLE 29 AMENDED AND RESTATED <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends that the City Council adopt the Ordinance <br />Amendment revising the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance Article 29, as shown in Exhibit A, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The amendments to Article 29 are <br />identified by added text shown in double underline (example) and deleted text shown in strikeout <br />(example). Wording in brackets ([example]) is informational only and is not to be included in the <br />published ordinance. <br />SECTION 5. APPLICABILITY. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommends that the Ordinance Amendment shall not apply <br />to applications that are deemed complete prior to April 26, 2021, which will be subject to the <br />requirements under this Ordinance as it existed prior to April 26, 2021. <br />SECTION 6.
