To address the deficiency at Alameda de las Pulgas and Woodside Road, fund <br />intersection improvement plan <br />8. To address the deficiency at Broadway, Perry and California Street, install a new <br />traffic signal <br />9. To address the deficiency at El Camino Real and Harrison Street, complete signal <br />feasibility study and implement associated improvements <br />10.
