BAYSHORE ROAD <br />REV: 12-09-22 VR <br />Page 11 of 61 <br />sewers are not available for the disposal of waste water. <br /> <br />Impact GEO-6: The Project would not directly or indirectly destroy a unique <br />paleontological resource or site or unique geological feature. <br /> <br />Impact GEO-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant geology and soils impact. <br /> <br />8. Greenhouse Gas Emissions. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to greenhouse gas emissions are based on the analyses on pages 104 to 110 of the <br />DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact GHG-1: The Project would not directly or indirectly generate greenhouse <br />gas emissions that may have a significant impact on the environment. <br />Impact GHG-2: The Project would not conflict with an applicable plan, policy, or <br />regulation of an agency adopted for the purpose of reducing the emissions of <br />greenhouse gases. <br />Impact GHG-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a GHG emissions impact. <br /> <br />9. Hazards and Hazardous Materials. These findings regarding the Project’s potential <br />impacts relating to hazards and hazardous materials are based on the analyses on pages 111 to <br />133 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact HAZ-1: The Project would not create a significant hazard to the public or <br />the environment through the routine transport, use, or disposal of hazardous <br />materials. <br /> <br />Impact HAZ-2: The Project would not create a significant hazard to the public or <br />the environment through reasonably foreseeable upset and accidental conditions <br />involving the release of hazardous materials into the environment. <br /> <br />Impact HAZ-3: The Project would not emit hazardous emissions or result in the <br />handling of hazardous materials, substances, or waste within one-quarter mile of a <br />proposed school. <br /> <br />Impact HAZ-4: The Project would not be located on a site which is included on a <br />list of hazardous material sites compiled pursuant to Government Code Section <br />65962.5 and create a significant hazard to public or the environment. <br /> <br />Impact HAZ-5: The Project would be located within an airport land use plan and <br />would not result in a safety hazard for people residing or working in the Project <br />area. <br /> <br />
