These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts relating <br />to land use and planning are based on the analyses on pages 143 to 145 of the DEIR, which are <br />hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact LU-1: The Project would not physically divide and established community. <br /> <br />Impact LU-2: The Project would not conflict with any applicable land use plan, <br />policy, or regulation of an agency with jurisdiction over the project adopted for the <br />purpose of avoiding or mitigating an environmental effect. <br /> <br />Impact LU-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant land use and planning impact. <br /> <br />12. Mineral Resources. The finding that the Project would not have any impacts on mineral <br />resources is based on the analysis on pages 146 to 147 of the DEIR, which is hereby <br />incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-1: The Project would not result in the loss of availability of a known <br />mineral resource that would be of value to the region and residents of the state. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-2: The Project would not result in the loss of availability of a locally <br />important mineral resource recovery site delineated on a local general plan, specific <br />plan or other land use plan. <br /> <br />Impact MIN-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant mineral resources impact. <br /> <br />13. Noise. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts relating to noise are based <br />on the analyses on pages 148 to 167 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated herein in its <br />entirety. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-1: The Project would not result in generation of a substantial <br />temporary or permanent increase in ambient noise levels in the vicinity of the <br />project in excess of standards established in the local general plan or noise <br />ordinance, or applicable standards of other agencies. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-2: The Project would not result in generation of excessive <br />groundborne vibration or groundborne noise levels. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-3: The Project would not be located within the vicinity of a private <br />airstrip or an airport land use plan or, where such a plan has not been adopted, <br />within two miles of a public airport or public use airport. The project would not <br />expose people residing or working in the project area to excessive noise levels. <br /> <br />Impact NOI-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant noise impact.
