BAYSHORE ROAD <br />REV: 12-09-22 VR <br />Page 15 of 61 <br /> <br />Impact PS-5: The Project would not result in substantial adverse physical impacts <br />associated with the provision of new or physically altered governmental facilities, <br />the need for new or physically altered governmental facilities, the construction of <br />which could cause significant environmental impacts, in order to maintain <br />acceptable service ratios, response times or other performance objectives for other <br />public facilities. <br /> <br />Impact PS-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant public services impact. <br /> <br />16. Recreation These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts relating to recreation <br />are based on the analyses on pages 179 to 181 of the DEIR, which are hereby incorporated <br />herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact REC-1: The Project would not increase the use of existing neighborhood <br />and regional parks or other recreational facilities such that substantial physical <br />deterioration of the facility would occur or be accelerated. <br /> <br />Impact REC-2: The Project would not include recreational facilities or require the <br />construction or expansion of recreational facilities which might have an adverse <br />physical effect on the environment. <br /> <br />Impact REC-C: The Project would not result in a cumulatively considerable <br />contribution to a significant recreation impact. <br /> <br />17. Transportation and Traffic. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to transportation and traffic are based on the analyses on pages 182 to 192 of the DEIR, <br />which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br /> <br />Impact TRN-1: The Project would not conflict with a program, plan, ordinance, <br />or policy addressing the circulation system, including transit, roadways, bicycle <br />lanes, and pedestrian facilities. <br /> <br />Impact TRN-3: The Project would not substantially increase hazards due to a <br />geometric design feature (e.g., sharp curves or dangerous intersections) or <br />incompatible uses (e.g., farm equipment). <br /> <br />Impact TRN-4: The project would not result in inadequate emergency access. <br /> <br />18. Tribal Cultural Resources. These findings regarding the Project’s potential impacts <br />relating to tribal cultural resources are based on the analyses on pages 193 to 195 of the DEIR, <br />which are hereby incorporated herein in its entirety. <br />Impact TCR-1: The project would not cause a substantial adverse change in the <br />significance of a tribal cultural resource that is listed or eligible for listing in the <br />California Register of Historical Resources, or in a local register of historical
