The project <br />proponent shall submit proof of purchase of mitigation <br />credits to the Community Development and <br />Transportation Department for review and approval prior <br />to issuance of grading permits. <br /> <br />MM BIO-1.18: Development of Integrated Invasive Weed <br />Management Program for Maintenance of the <br />Landscaping Along the Muted Tidal Ditch. The applicant <br />shall develop an Integrated Invasive Weed Management <br />Program for the maintenance of the landscaping along <br />the muted tidal drainage ditch on the project site. The <br />Program shall identify alternatives to biocides and <br />prioritize the use of non-chemical techniques to control <br />weed and landscaping pests. If herbicides are required <br />for use in this area, only those approved for use near <br />aquatic habitats would be allowed, and all herbicides <br />would be applied by a licensed Pest Control Advisor.
