A <br />transportation professional working at the City’s direction <br />and pursuant to a scope of work approved by the City <br />Engineer shall conduct traffic counts annually to measure <br />the daily and peak-hour entering and exiting vehicle <br />volumes. The volumes will be compared to the trip <br />thresholds to determine whether the reduction in vehicle <br />trips is being met. In addition to monitoring driveway <br />volumes, a survey will be developed by the transportation <br />professional to determine actual mode splits for <br />employees and patrons of the fitness center. The survey <br />will also gather information on usage of individual TDM <br />plan components. The results of the annual vehicle <br />counts and survey will be reported in writing by the <br /> City’s direction <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
