BAYSHORE ROAD <br />REV: 12-09-22 VR <br />Page 60 of 61 <br />Conditions of Approval <br />557 East Bayshore Road Project (SCH #2017072047) <br />Aesthetics <br /> Consistent with the certified Redwood City New General Plan EIR (General Plan EIR) Mitigation Measure 4.1-5, the project would <br />implement the following measure: General Plan EIR Mitigation Measure 4.1-5: All new development and redevelopment shall be in <br />compliance with Title 24 Lighting Zone (LZ-3) requirements and submit lighting and photometric site plans for City review and <br />approval prior to issuance of individual building permits. <br />Cultural Resources <br /> General Plan EIR Mitigation Measure 4.5-1b: Prior to the issuance of grading permits, the project applicant is responsible for ensuring <br />all construction crews undergo adequate training for the identification of federal or state-eligible cultural resources, and that the <br />construction crews are aware of the potential for previously undiscovered archaeological resources, of the laws protecting these <br />resources and associated penalties, and of the procedures to follow should they discover cultural resources during project-related <br />work. <br />
