While the state law also <br />references specific plans, there is no specific plan that applies to the project <br />site. <br /> <br />b. The Planning Commission approves the Vesting Tentative Parcel <br />Map subject to the Conditions of Approval attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />5. Affordable Housing Plan. The review authority may approve or conditionally <br />approve an affordable housing plan that proposes affordable units if it makes specific <br />findings, based on substantial evidence. In support of the Affordable Housing Plan, the <br />Planning Commission finds that: <br /> <br />a. Findings. The Planning Commission finds that: <br /> <br />i. The proposed affordable units comply with the applicable <br />standards in this Article, including, without limitation, the requirement that <br />the affordable units be made available for concurrent occupancy per <br />Section 29.6B <br /> <br />The affordable units comply with applicable standards and will be made <br />available concurrent to market-rate units as proposed in the project’s <br />affordable housing plan and required per Conditions of Approval. <br /> <br />ii. The affordable units will mitigate the impact of the project on <br />the need for affordable housing if the units are being provided under the <br />Affordable Housing Impact Fee program. <br /> <br />The affordable units are being provided under the Affordable Housing <br />Impact Fee program, therefore, mitigate the impact of the project. <br /> <br /> <br />b. The Planning Commission approves the Affordable Housing Plan <br />subject to the Conditions of Approval attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />6.
