The Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City hereby approves <br />the Downtown Planned Community Permit and Use Permit Project, consistent with the <br />DTPP, subject to the Conditions of Approval set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />Section 7.
