<br />Mi Rancho Supermarket, Redwood City <br />Proposal for Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />PERIOD OF SERVICE <br /> <br />1. RKH shall complete the Basic Services within 14 days of receipt of all traffic and parking <br />data collected in Task 1 following the date of the signed Acceptance ofProposal/Authoriza- <br />tion to Proceed. <br /> <br />2. Changes in the project, extra work and delays not caused by RKH shall be cause for <br />adjustment in the time of completion. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />I. For Basic Services the fee will be $9,724.00 billed on a monthly basis in proportion to the <br />work completed. Payment is due immediately upon receipt.
