REV: 07-05-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell Goods to the City from the categories listed below on an as needed <br />basis. In instances where shipping charges must be charged to City, this shall be noted <br />at time of order. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The total cost of Goods purchased under this Master Purchase Agreement shall be in an <br />amount not to exceed One Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000). Parts shall be <br />billed on a cost per product basis with a percent discount off the Manufacturer’s <br />Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as established in State of California – Department of <br />General Services Agreement #7-21-99-41-03. In the event a product falls into two or more <br />categories the highest category discount will be applied.
