REV: 07-11-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant’s Executive Director will participate in monthly Community <br />Collaborative for Children’s Success (CCCS) Core Team meetings <br />Consultant will advance the values and aims of the CCCS plan by actively <br />participating in activities outlined in the plan and attending the monthly CCCS <br />Neighborhood Action Team (NAT) meetings <br />Consultant will serve as an ambassador for the CCCS Core Group <br />Consultant will co-create CCCS’ vision and policies along with the CCCS NAT to <br />Redwood City Together Leadership Council, and City and San Mateo County <br />representatives <br />Consultant will assist the CCCS Core group with review of grant proposals and <br />offer feedback and support <br />Consultant will co-create and uphold policies as a member of CCCS Team <br />Consultant will consider establishing forum for cross-sector collaboration on <br />community matters, provided that the hosting organization’s primary activities <br />permit the allocation of sufficient resources (space, personnel, and equipment) to <br />facilitate such collaboration effectively <br />Consultant will engage in quarterly professional development trainings hosted by <br />Redwood City Together with other partners <br />Consultant will support with data collection such as surveys that will inform the <br />movement of the core group <br />Consultant will attend annual CCCS retreat <br />Consultant will measure activity on the chosen two aim statements from the <br />CCCS plan indicators <br />o Per year, for the next two years, 7-14 youth will participate in a stipend <br />civic engagement training cohort– the Youth Leadership Institute (YLI) <br />Youth VOICE program. <br />Activities: <br />Strategize ways to make sure that youth are not tokenized <br />and have meaningful power <br />Find resources to continue to partner with YLI program over <br />the 24-month program <br />o The CCCS Core Team will prepare 8-10 CCCS Partners to host and <br />mentor a transition-aged youth (TAY) fellow by July 2024 to create more <br />opportunities for TAY in San Mateo County in collaboration with the San <br />Mateo County’s YEEE Program. <br />Activities: <br />WHY Fellowship <br />Redwood City Together Promotores <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.104/Friends for Youth (CACHI Subcontract) (Page 11 of 12)
