REV: 07-15-24 VR <br />failure, breach or default hereunder by Landlord, the sole and exclusive remedy shall be <br />against Landlord's interest in the Building and rents therefrom. <br />37. Signs. Tenant shall not place any sign outside the Premises without Landlord's <br />prior written consent which consent may be withheld in Landlord’s sole discretion; <br />provided, however, that Tenant shall be entitled to have Building standard signage on the <br />existing monument sign (approximately twenty-five (25%) percent of the signage space), <br />which signage shall be supplied at Tenant’s cost. All signs shall be in full compliance with <br />all applicable ordinances, statutes and regulations imposed by all applicable governmental <br />authorities.
