Yamamoto, City Attorney <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Closed Session - Personnel [Gov't. Code 954957] <br /> <br />Performance evaluation of Peter Ingram, City Manager <br /> <br />A closed session will be held on November 23, 2009, at 5:45 P.M., for the purpose of <br />considering the above-described matter. [Go v 't. Code 954957.1] <br /> <br />Any action taken by the City Council to appoint, employ, dismiss, accept the resignation of, <br />change the compensation of or otherwise affect the employment status of a public employee <br />shall be disclosed immediately following this closed session; provided, however, that the <br />dismissal or nonrenewal of an employment contract shall be deferred until the first public <br />meeting following the exhaustion of administrative remedies, if any. [Gov't.
