Provide <br />a copy of this Form to your Lender as evidence of our Intent to <br />Subordinate. Title Company must provide City/Agency with a copy of the <br />Buyers Estimated Settlement fees and an original Subordination document <br />for our execution. The City/Agency will not prepare this form for you. <br /> <br />(2) The City/Agency will forward your Request for Subordination <br />to the Home Improvement Loan Committee based on the fact that your <br />request Involves taking cash out of the property. We have scheduled this <br />matter for Committee review on I 2004. <br /> <br />(3) The Home Improvement Loan Committee reviewed your <br />Request for Subordination and voted to approve your request. Provide a <br />copy of this Form to your Lender as evidence of our Intent to Subordinate. <br />Title Company must provide City/Agency with a copy of the Buyers <br />Estimated Settlement fees and an original Subordination document for our <br />execution. The City/Agency will not prepare this form for you. <br /> <br />(4) The Home Improvement Loan Committee reviewed your Request <br />for Subordination and voted to deny your request because your proposal Is <br />Inconsistent with program policy. We regret we are unable to assist you..
