By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for planning, urban <br />design, CEQA, community engagement, and economic analysis consulting services with WRT for the <br />Downtown & Central Redwood City Plan for a total not-to-exceed amount of $3,068,241, which includes <br />a base fee of $2,789,310 and a 10% contingency of $278,931; and <br />2.
