The Enterprise has a relatively stable customer base with some <br />growth expected in the number of residential and commercial accounts within the next few years. <br />There are currently 13 large multi-family residential projects, 11 large mixed-use projects, and 12 <br />large commercial developments in review or under construction. If approved, the developments <br />could on a net basis add 3,479 new housing units, approximately 2.3 million square feet of office <br />space, and approximately 4.1 million square feet of research and development space. The <br />Enterprise expects increased water supply demand and revenues as a result of the new <br />developments. The Enterprise is expected to be able to meet the increased water demands as <br />the planned increases are accounted for in the City’s 2020 Urban Water Management Plan.
