<br />The following table sets forth the revenues of the Enterprise derived from connection fees,
<br />facilities fees, and water capacity charges since Fiscal Year 2018-19. Connection fees represent
<br />one-time charges for water meters and installation. Facilities fees and capacity charges are one-
<br />time fees at the time of connection and are intended to reimburse the Enterprise for costs
<br />associated with capital infrastructure to expand capacity (the facilities fee) and costs associated
<br />with increasing available water supply (the capacity charge). Beginning in Fiscal Year 2023-24,
<br />the facilities fees and capacity charges presented below have been combined into a single one-
<br />time “capacity fee” that varies by meter size.

<br />Insurance
<br />Workers’ Compensation. The City is self-insured for workers’ compensation for the first
<br />$350,000 per occurrence and has a commercial insurance policy that covers the City’s exposure
<br />above the retained limits up to the statutory limits required by the State.
