Medium-term Notes: Corporate notes issued by corporations organized and <br />operating within the United States with a rating of “AAA” or higher at the time of purchase by a <br />nationally recognized rating service and with a maximum remaining maturity of no more than three <br />(3) years after the date of purchase. <br /> <br />12. The Local Agency Investment Fund created pursuant to Section 16429.1 of the <br />California Government Code, to the extent the Trustee is authorized to register such investment <br />in its name. <br /> <br />13. The San Mateo County Pooled Investment Fund. <br /> <br />14. Investment Trust of California, doing business as CalTRUST. <br /> <br />15. Shares in a California common law trust established pursuant to Title 1, Division <br />7, Chapter 5 of the Government Code of the State of California which invests exclusively in <br />investments permitted by Section 53601 of Title 5, Division 2, Chapter 4 of the Government Code <br />of California, as it may be amended. <br /> <br />“Payment Account” means the account of that name established by the Trustee pursuant <br />to Section 3.04 hereof. <br /> <br />“Principal Office” means the corporate trust office of the Trustee set forth in Section 10.13 <br />(except for payment, surrender and exchanges of the Bonds which shall be the corporate trust <br />office of the Trustee in St. Paul, Minnesota), or such other or additional offices as may be <br />designated by the Trustee. <br /> <br />“Prior Bonds” mean the City of Redwood City Public Financing Authority Water Revenue <br />Refunding Bonds, Series 2013. <br /> <br />“Prior Trustee” means U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee under <br />the 2013 Indenture. <br /> <br />“Project” shall have the meaning set forth in the Installment Purchase Contract. <br /> <br />“Rebate Fund” means the fund by that name established and held by the Trustee pursuant <br />to Section 5.13 hereof. <br /> <br />“Record Date” means the fifteenth day of the calendar month prior to an Interest Payment <br />Date. <br /> <br />“Redemption Account” means the account of that name established by the Trustee <br />pursuant to Section 3.04 hereof. <br /> <br />“Refunding Fund” means the fund of that name described in Section 3.13 hereof. <br /> <br />“Responsible Officer” means any officer of the Trustee assigned by the Trustee to <br />administer the trusts established hereunder. <br /> <br />“Revenues” means (a) all amounts received by the Authority or the Trustee pursuant to or <br />with respect to the Installment Purchase Contract, including, without limiting the generality of the <br />foregoing, all of the Installment Payments (including both timely and delinquent payments and <br />8.A. - Page 128 of 255 <br />756
