CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.K. Improvement and Maintenance Agreements with <br />Caltrans related to the Elco Yards development at <br /> 1601 El Camino Real to facilitate the installation of <br />enhanced pedestrian and bicyclist safety improvements <br />along El Camino Real <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute: <br /> (1) a Highway Improvement Agreement with IQHQ Elco <br />Yards, LP and State of California Department of <br />Transportation (Caltrans); and <br /> (2) a Project Specific Maintenance Agreement with the <br />State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), <br />and to take all actions necessary to carry out the <br />Agreements.
