CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.O. Agreement for Services with Midwest Tape LLC for <br />audiovisual (AV) materials (compact discs (CDs)/digital <br />versatile discs (DVDs)/Books on CD) and processing, and <br />electronic materials access (eBooks, eAudiobooks, <br />eComics and streaming movies, music, television) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />a three-year Agreement for Services with Midwest Tape LLC for <br />AV materials (CDs/DVDs/Books on CD) and processing, and <br />electronic materials access (eBooks, eAudiobooks, eComics and <br />streaming movies, music, television) for a not-to -exceed <br />amount of $200,000 per year for a total contract amount of <br />$600,000 from August 2024 to August 2027, and authorize the <br />City Manager to extend the agreement for two additional two- <br />year terms in an amount not to exceed $800,000, through July <br />2031, for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $1,400,000.
