CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.Q. Award Fair Oaks Community Center Multi-Purpose <br /> Room (MPR) Kitchen Remodel Project to Onpoint <br />Construction in the amount of $303,125; and authorize the <br />City Manager or their designee to increase the contract <br />amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded in <br />an amount not to exceed $30,312 for a total amount of <br />$333,437 <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract documents and award the standard form contract for the <br />Fair Oaks Community Center MPR Kitchen Remodel Project to <br />Onpoint Construction of Burlingame, CA for their responsive and <br />responsible low total bid of $303,125; and authorize the City <br />Manager or their designee to increase the contract amount, if <br />necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded in an amount not to <br />exceed $30,312 for a total amount of $333,437.
