From:Greg Greenway
To:publiccomment
Subject:City Council Meeting Item 4
Date:Monday, August 26, 2024 4:44:35 PM
You don't often get email from seaportindustrial@yahoo.com. Learn why this is important
Hello - Please read into the record if there is time. Thank you.
_______________________________________________________
Redwood City Council
Monday, August 26, 2024
Agenda Item 4: Presentations/Acknowlegements
Dear Mayor, Vice Mayor, and Councilmembers:

On behalf of Seaport Industrial Association, each of our members, and myself, I want to
thank the outgoing port commissioners for their years of service to Redwood City.

Each of them brought something uniquely valuable to the board. Together, they
volunteered countless hours to ensure that the Port continues to thrive and serve the
community.

They leave a legacy of economic growth and environmental stewardship. They also
expanded the Port’s accessibility to the community through PortFest and other public
events, and they laid the foundation for future ferry service to Redwood City.

The honor you give them tonight is well deserved.

Greg Greenway
Seaport Industrial Association
