The amount claimed by <br />the claimants exceeds that limit and therefore rejection must be approved by the City Council. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Mr. Gordon alleges that on December 31, 2022, his property located at 2321 Eaton Avenue was damaged <br />when the hillside of property located at 1100 Edgewood Road failed, causing a tree and stump to fall into <br />Cordilleras Creek and redirecting water onto his property. At this time, staff recommends that the claim <br />be rejected. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no funding required for the rejection of claims. <br />6.C. - Page 1 of 2 <br />11
